KwikGoal Ankle Speed Bands

The Ankle Speed Bands is designed to help players develop their strength, agility, and balance. The Ankle Speed Bands limit the player’s steps, which forces them to walk, run, jump or shuffle against the resistance. An adjustable, velcro, ankle band allows the Ankle Speed Bands to fit on most players. The Ankle Speed Bands include a carry bag which allows for ease of transportation and storage.
